FAQs

Affordable Housing And Excellent Services for the elderly of the Delaware Valley

General Questions:

Q: How many residents do you have?

A: We have 208 rooms in our Independent Retirement Apartments, all of which are private rooms that vary in size from a studio apartment (1-room) to two and three room apartments that can accommodate singles or couples.
Our Assisted Living community has a 54-bed capacity for residents that qualify for additional assistance with medical and daily living activities. Our goal for each community is to maintain the highest level of independence.

Q: Is there a minimum age for residency?

A: Yes, residents must be at least 62 years of age. In our Independent Retirement Apartments, we make considerations for younger residents who are on disability (SSI). In our Assisted Living community, we provide care to residents that are 18 years or older, but the average age of residents is mid-80s.

Q: Am I able to bring my pet to Ingleside Homes?

A: Ingleside Retirement Apartments allows residents to have non-aggressive pets if residents are able to care for them on their own. Our Assisted Living community also allows pets that weigh less than 20 lbs. and are cared for by the resident. There is a pet owner security deposit required for residents with pets and pet-related damage is the responsibility of the resident.
